  • How does the app work and get setup?
    Upon installing the app directly from the Shopify or BigCommerce marketplace.  The app sets up web hooks to collect information about users creating carts on your site.  It also collects the users phone number on the checkout and account signup form.  The numbers are not collected for marketing purposes but to be used to help support the users in their order.   There is no development work needed to get started.
  • How to use the app?
    The app uses an SMS service in which live agents (provided by CartConvert) will text your customer directly to help enable them with their order.  The app will generate a checkout link to text your customer back to their cart.
  • Pricing
    Their are two pricing models: Free: Maximum of 10 recovered checkouts / month, Live Agents Unique Discount Codes Pro: $49 / Month + 5% commission of recovered cart value Unlimited SMS conversations Cart Segmentation A/B Testing Live Agents Unique Discount Codes
  • How are conversion calculated?
    Conversions are calculated based on orders that are recovered after contacted by CartConvert.
